Motor

Remus Endschalldämpfer in Alu, leichter und ein wenig mehr Leistung .....

Chassis

Wilbers Fahrwerk mit hydraulischer Höhenverstellung des Dämpfers hinten und andere Gabelfedern vorne und auch ein Gabelstabilisator....Felgen wurden vorne und hinten auf 17" umgebaut mit einer Größe vorne 120/70ZR17 und hinten 180/55ZR17. Schutzblach vorne musste dann auch geändert werden und wurde durch ein Carbonschutzblech ersetzt.

Optik

Bagster IStzbanumbau mit der passenden Tankschutzhaube von Bagster. Dann wurde noch eine MRA Scheibe montiert.

Diese Varadero lässt sich einfach nur TOP fahren, haben viele so umgebaut!!!!
